基本工序：输送——涂胶—— 切断——前后齐头——上下修边——上下精修边——上下刮边——抛光。

封边机设备所选变频器只是为了实现调速或是为了实现高速，因此对所选用变频器没有特别要求。一般要求一台变频器拖动多台高速电机（2～6台），运行频率在100～300Hz,因一台变频器拖动多台电机高速运行，所以需要选择VF控制，且VF曲线需要自定义。要求变频器最高频率可达400Hz、具有通讯功能，可实现多台变频器与HMI通讯。

Generally, it is required that one inverter drives multiple high-speed motors (2-6), and the operating frequency is 100-300hz.
