If the two saw blades are not in the same position and the cutting cuts are not consistent, the cutting results can be imagined. When installing the saw blade, keep the shaft center, chuck and flange clean. The inner diameter of the flange is consistent with the inner diameter of the saw blade. Ensure that the flange plate is closely connected with the saw blade. Install the positioning pin and tighten the nut. The size of the flange should be appropriate, and the outer diameter should not be less than 1 / 3 of the saw blade diameter. Check whether the saw blade is damaged, whether the tooth profile is complete, whether the saw plate is smooth and smooth, and whether there are other abnormal phenomena, so as to ensure the use safety.
4. Before starting work, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive inspection on the CNC panel saw. It is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the CNC panel saw are loose, whether the transmission device of the CNC panel saw is running smoothly, whether each button of the CNC panel saw is normal, and whether the lubrication system, pneumatic system and various safety systems of the CNC panel saw are complete well.
